By 1990, he returned to Sri Lanka and worked alongside Assemblies of God pastors, gaining ministry experience and building his pastoral foundation.
Ministry in Canada 1993 (Dec): Moved to Canada and married his wife, Mary, who continues to serve faithfully with him in ministry. 1995 – 2004: Served as Associate Pastor at Agincourt Pentecostal Tamil Church for 9 years. 2005 – 2014: Partnered with senior leadership at International Revival Missionary Church for 9 years. 2011: Received a vision from God, inspired by John the Baptist’s ministry—to prepare hearts for revival. 2012 – Present: Established Kingdom Forerunner Ministry, carrying the mandate of raising faithful people to receive and see God again.
Education & Training Pastor Baskaran has pursued theological and biblical training to strengthen his ministry calling: Master’s – Collegian Seminary Church of God – International School of Ministry Extorer Program Honorable Master’s Bachelor’s – Jerusalem University
Family Pastor Baskaran and Mary are blessed with four children, all of whom are actively involved in ministry, continuing the legacy of faith and service.
Kingdom Forerunners Ministry exists to proclaim the message of repentance, renewal, and readiness for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Rooted in the spirit and mission of John the Baptist, we are passionately committed to preparing hearts and lives for the coming King by exalting Christ, preaching the Gospel, and calling people into authentic relationship with God.

We envision multitudes turning to Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and mobilized to advance His Kingdom until He comes.
